Commissioner Terms of Service

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

I reserve the right to decline and cancel any and all commissions at any time.

Refunds will not be given once the product is finished. If I cancel, there will be a full refund, if you cancel during the time the product is already started, the refund will be determined by circumstance and amount of work completed. Otherwise, the refund will be 100%.

Payment will be asked for up front, if you do not pay, or we do not work something out, your commission will not move up the queue.

AVATAR CREDIT

Do not claim credit for the work I have done, nor the work of the base avatar & asset creators. Please do provide credit if applicable, as the asset creators, and I, have put hard work into what we've made.

MODEL AND ASSET INFO

If I do not own the avatar, or any of assets, the price of such will be included in the payment price so that I am able to add them to the avatar. You will need to own the avatar base you are requesting retexture of, and you must own, have asked permission, or otherwise have inherent permission of the character you are commissioning.

FINISHED PRODUCT

You will receive a different type of finalized project depending on what you commissioned. Textures will receive texture and substance files, textures exported with poiyomi substance settings (can be different if requested.)

For unity work, I can upload it to your account, or send the unity package, or both.

For a combination, textures will only be sent if requested / you request the unity package. I will not send it by default, so feel free to let me know if you want such. I will try and keep organization so this can be requested in the future if you forget.

EDITS, CHANGES, AND INFO

I will fix any non-user-caused issues that arise with the avatar within a 12 month period from the completion date, past that I reserve the right to decline any fixes, but I will still try to help depending on complexity. Please notify me of any issues that arise, as I am happy to fix them!

Non-error changes to the avatar can be requested after the avatars completion, but any major changes, such as adding new assets, or a quest version, will still adhere to the pricing policy for additional assets being added and such. More simple things I will do for free. If there is anything you forgot, or I forgot, please notify me.

I will send work in progresses, so any major changes after completion of steps (such as completely remaking new textures after you approving the textures) will require payment. If you commissioned and approved the wrong character, for instance, that is not my responsibility.

Edits, though, can be done and easily made, especially during the WIP progress. I am happy to make small texture edits after completion.
